Corn Fritters

I used two of the fresh ears of corn to make fresh corn fritters guessed it- Vegan with a Vengeance. Yikes, I do have other cookbooks. They were so good, sweet and very eggy in taste and texture.

These do look great!
This is my first time visiting your blog, and I hope to see more. I used to live in Southern CA until last year (Irvine), and I never realized there was a CSA anywhere near there!

That does it. Now I am going to buy this cookbook. I try to pick one book a month to buy and since this is the 7th or 8th post I have read with something from this book, I am going for it. Thanks for the final push over which one to buy. Yummy post!
